RON Notary Booking Deposit
A $25 deposit is necessary when you book your notary appointment to reserve your preferred time slot. Once the RON notary service is completed, this amount will be subtracted from your total service fee. Payment of the deposit during the booking process confirms your appointment.

Failed Appointments Policy
Please provide us with a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you cannot attend. This thoughtful action allows us to accommodate other clients who may need our services. Skipped Appointments
Failed Appointments Policy
A “skipped appointment” happens when the signer does not appear for a scheduled appointment without previous notification or cancels with less than 24 hours notice. Under these circumstances, the appointment deposit will be forfeited for the initial instance of a missed appointment or late cancellation. Recognizing that unexpected situations may occur, we will send a reminder about the missed appointment and offer a chance to reschedule.
Criteria for Receiving a Refund
Refunds
Due to the nature of the service, notary services that have been provided may not qualify for a refund. This includes any completed notarizations or notary acts that have been fully executed and finalized. Refunds will only be considered for payments made in advance for notary services that have not yet been performed.

- Cancellation of Appointment: Should you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, any prepayments made, aside from the non-refundable deposit, will be subject to a refund.
- Inability to Provide Service: If we cannot perform the notary service due to unexpected circumstances or issues on our side, you will receive a complete refund, including the non-refundable deposit.

Kindly allow adequate time for the processing of your refund, which may take varying lengths depending on your bank or financial institution.
